It’s a long time gone,

They cleaned out my room. 

The cherry on top of lost days and gloom.

I had an angel, or maybe two,

Had a lot of things to get me through.

Been thinkin’ of foxes chasing down turkeys.

Boy, squaring that box, just wasn’t to be.

Engine quit stalling, just wait and see. 

Sirens stop calling, they ain’t savin’ me…
